Im extremely excited to say that I am one of those winners. Right on the front page of the blog. Is my challenge piece and some very kind words from ArtBeadScene. I love this challenge every month and I really enjoyed it even more this month because it was for charity.

My Second Great News for the Month
I reveived an Email today : This is just a small part of it.

"Hi Kimberly!
We received your beautiful, blue inspired bracelets today, we love them all. I especially love the charms you attached. I think your designs would be wonderful for an upcoming event we are hosting and I'd love to share a few with those attending . Would you be interested in making a few bracelets, for our upcoming Tribute Gala? " The rest Im saving for the reveal of the bracelets I create :)
This is only part of the exciting email I received. There is more but I want so save the best parts for later :). The email was from the 7000 Bracelets of Hope Director Lisa James. They loved my donations (the four bracelets I sent this month) and they want me to create for a special Gala Event in September. I dont know all the details but they are choosing a few artists for this even to create for the 50 Patient Advocates that are being honored at this event. They want special items created for them and they like my designs. I was so thrilled. What an honor. I was sent an inviation to the event which is held in California . Sadly it is not possible for me to go, but just the thought that they loved my work and wanted me there is such an honor. Even more of an honor they picked my designs with some other artisians handcrafted designs to create for these Honored Advocates. Wow what an honor. So I emailed back happily asking for more details and what they need me to do. Of course I will happily help and create for them. :) They sent me these new links that go with the Gala Event to add to my site.

Im so excited and Honored that they chose me to create for these special Honored Guests. I will update all of you when I have them finished. Or maybe I will do a step by step tutorial for free. Hmm Fun ideas swirling through my head. When I went to post this on facebook I was so surprised to see something else. Woo Hoo I won another challenge.

I have a published article/tutorial that they asked me to make for them months ago. I have been so excited about this and Im so honored they chose me. Thank you ladys your amazing.
Well I guess I have bragged enough. Im truly blessed to have had so many wonderful things happen to me. Art has brought so much to my life and Im so happy God guided me in this direction. I know this is where I belong. Even when sales are slow. I know this is what I should be doing and I just put one foot forward and create. Polymer Clay is wonderful and of course who doesnt love Jewelry and bling of some sort. I will continue to create for my health and my heart because it truly is the only thing that makes me feel better some days. I put alot of love into everything I create and I have some fun new creations coming up that I have never seen anyone do before. Some little designs that I worked up and Im so thrilled about sharing. I plan to share after my magazine is published. So keep coming back for more. I have lots to share. I am finishing up three tutorials to post also, all will be free and fun for anyone beginner or expert. Watch for those too.
Im off to create a jewelry order. Will be working with a new color. Will post more in a few days.

Just wanted you to know how pleased I am about your good news re: the 7000 Bracelets organization, and the validation it has given you. I know you said you "create for my health and my heart"... I, too, prefer to go where my developing creativity leads me in positive direction. But it feels so good to get that acknowledgement, doesn't it, after putting in all that effort!
Congrats on the PCAGOE results, too! I hadn't realized there were two levels of voting, so I had only seen the "Members" result, I suppose (they were in some newsletter I get, forget which one). You have a great attitude and a big heart, Kim. That alone is a winning result!
